  If it were possible to give 10 stars instead of merely 5,then I would do so in a heartbeat. I can't say enough nice things about Morongo Basin Community Health Center. What I can say,though,is that the doctors who work there are just absolutely off-the-charts awesome. Dr. Fraschetti,(my
  6 year-old daugther's pediatrician,) is & has always been a true blessing. He is very kind & gentle; a true professional.
  Dr. Shih is extremely kind & more sweet then sugar. There simply aren't words that can express his level of kindness & professionalism. He is an absolutely awesomely good pediatrician. Dr. Salhotra is a true professional. Everyone has heard the phrase "the good doctor", this expression perfectly fits him. What I honestly appreciate & like about him is his gentle demeanor & his professional disposition. He doesn't rush through appointments. He sits down & makes eye contact with you if you have health/medicine questions or concerns. He takes the time to answer your questions &/or concerns. He actually asks "How are you doing on your medication? Is it working? Is it not working?" etc. Twentynine Palms & Yucca Valley are very fortunate to have these truly fine professionals. The doctors at the Morongo Basin Community Health Center are outstanding in every sense of the words "professional", "gentle","sweet",
  & "kind." Truly,they are a blessing.

  I absolutely love Dr Fraschetti. He's very kind and you can tell how much he loves kids. I live in the mountains and the Dr's up here seem like they don't care and are always in a rush. No bed side manners. So I go to him

  The office staff is just plain awful and rude, they let you wait for ever,
  they never pick up the phones and leave them on answerphone mode most of the day.
  The Nurse/Doctor neglect or forget to renew/authorize the re-fills of medicines with the Pharmacy.
  Many times I had to do without my daily medication, because they forgot to authorize or re-fill the prescriptions on time or not at all.
  I am presently looking for another Doctor/Medical Group,
  since I'm fed up with waiting 2 - 3 weeks for my-refills.
  Can't wait to find a decent Doctor.
