  Don't shop here. I was trying to help out my little brother buy a phone, and didn't realize this wasn't a bona fide store. Big mistake - or as we say - a teachable moment for the sibling. I was out of town so had to conduct business by phone. I specifically stated I wanted to pay full price, and not have a two year contract. Well, that's not what happened, and trying to get the sales associates or supervisors to respond has been a painful experience.
