  Horrible customer service. Can't figure out if this man is that condescending and rude because he hates his job or that's just his personality. He was disrespectful to the older gentleman that came before me and he even raised his voice to the multi-lingual couple that came after me. And of course I didn't pass, honestly the free retest is b.s. the most memorable thing about my experience was how after telling me he could not give any advice, gave me a 5 min lecture on how basically my car is a p.o.s. and wasn't even worth his time. Hey Smoggy how about do your job with a smile on your face or get a new profession! And thanking your customers goes a loooong way, try it.
