  Jerry and Jenn should be commended. They were awesome today in the face of adversity. I was having issues with the ordering app and Jerry personally took the time to help me out with it. Jenn was cool under pressure when the shake machine went out with a huge line forming. She ensured everything stayed running smoothly until it could be fixed. Great customer service and an awesome staff. This is not the first time I have had a team member go above and beyond for me here.
